100 Botanic Avenue has a spacious and bright living room with ornate plasterwork, timber floor, open gas fire and a dining area in the bay window looking onto the lawns of Belfast Theological College. The flat is fully furnished with all necessary amenities:

• Welcome pack including tea and coffee.
• One double bedroom with king size bed.
• A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and utensils.
• Bathroom with cast iron bath, shaver point and over-bath electric shower.
• Gas central heating.
• Working window shutters.
• Colour television with DVD and USB input/output.
• Sofa bed in the living room (sleeps two).
• Ironing board.

There is on-street car parking on College Green and metered parking on Botanic Avenue. Botanic railway station is about 500 yards from the house, and there are bus stops to the south and centre of the city on Botanic Avenue. The nearest food store is about 150 yards away and there is a post office near the railway station. No pets allowed, and no smoking please. Children are welcome but there are no special facilities for them. There are many fine buildings and shops in the immediate vicinity of Botanic Avenue, including the Lanyon building of Queenʼs University and others shown in the Location section.
